Before founding Anchorpoint, I spent several years at a Fortune 100 company working in expense management and regulatory reporting. That included front-row experience during a major acquisition. That background gave me a deep understanding of how serious financial transactions actually work, from due diligence to closing mechanics.
I also spent years as a buyer myself, actively searching for a business to acquire. That process exposed just how broken the broker industry was — slow-moving advisors, outdated systems, poor communication, and deals that dragged on for months without reason. I founded Anchorpoint in 2025 to do it differently: modern technology, rigorous buyer screening, and a fully managed process that keeps deals moving from day one.
